Social Foundation undertake various activities like Science and Technology application for rural development (STARD), forming and nurturing SHGs under the Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY), assisting in the implementation of Indira Awas Yojana (IAY), promoting rural livelihood, facilitating social inclusion and development, supporting rural entrepreneurs, etc.

The activities undertaken by Social Foundation contribute towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal- SDG 1- No poverty- End poverty in all its forms everywhere, SDG 8- Decent work and economic growth- Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all, SDG 10- Reduced inequality and SDG 11- Sustainable cities and communities- Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.
