Social Foundation work across various thematic areas like child rights, protection of children form sexual offence, juvenile justice care, child development, child nutrition, education, immunization, facilitating protection and development of orphan and vulnerable children (OVC), child labours, advocating to save and educate the girl child, prohibition of child marriage, prevention of child trafficking, running and managing helplines for vulnerable children, etc. Many Social Foundation operate shelter homes and orphanages for orphan and vulnerable children (OVC).

Some of the activities undertaken by Social Foundation contribute towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal- SDG 2- Zero Hunger- End Hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture, SDG-3- Good health and well-being- Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages and SDG-4- Quality Education- Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
